Total Laproscopic Hysterectomy is a surgical procedure for the removal of the uterus in which the uterus is separated from inside the body and removed in small pieces through small incision or through vagina. Hysterectomy is performed to treat conditions such as painful or heavy menstrual periods, fibroids, pelvic pain or maybe performed as a part of cancer treatment.
Laproscopic surgery has benefit of shorter recovery period and reduced post-operative pain.
